  • Quadrant 3: Urgent but Not Important: These are tasks that demand immediate attention but don't contribute to your long-term goals. Think of them as distractions.

  • Quadrant 4: Neither Urgent nor Important: These are tasks that can be delegated or eliminated entirely.
